Transparent transaction pricing

15% renter fee at pickup; 15% owner fee from the completed-rental payout

Owners pay 15% from the rental subtotal and renters pay 15% on top. Each side has a minimum service fee equivalent to €1.50. The complete renter total and owner payout are shown before a request. The refundable deposit is separate payment security, not insurance.

Each submission is permanent. Corrections and evidence submitted after handover are saved as dated addenda; earlier records and files stay unchanged.
